This machine is essentially formed by steel structure on which the base for the vibrating
screen and the hydraulic power station is built. Two idle tracks support the weight of the
entire system and can be lowered or lifted separately, hydraulically, so to keep a
constant lateral and longitudinal inclination of the screen. The steering can also be lifted or lowered hydraulically to adjust the inclination down-grade or up-grade the slopes. The machine can be towed or pushed by any type of tractor or by the excavator assigned to loading. A strong steel grid acts as a hopper and as a protection for the screen mesh from huge blocks that might damage it. This grid is hinged in the lower part and, by means of two hydraulic side jacks it can be lifted to unload any stones or blocks of soil that might get stuck during infeed. The screen has a useful screening surface of 6m2 which guarantees a good production also with thin screen mesh. |

The thin screened material falls
on a conveyor belt of 1 mt width which has the function of unloading on the side, within
the trench. This conveyor belt can rotate in the 2 directions according to the side on which the product must be unloaded. Further more, it can translate on the side in order to center the trench even at various distances from it. The hydraulic power station is equipped with a VM engine of 95 HP water cooled, 4 cylinders turbo.The noiseproof case is also equipped with: 1.Hydraulic pumps and electric valves 2.Electric system and radio receiver 3.Hydraulic oil tank 4.Gasoil tank 5.The necessary outfit for a self-contained system. |
It is equipped with a special high frequency vibrating generator that permit good
performances also with wet material without clogging problems.
