| The Pipe Bending Mandrel assist
the pipe during the bend.Three types of mandrels are available: The Pneumatic Operated Mandrels produce smooth bends in thin or extra thin wall pipe. For pipe sizes 10"-60" (273mm-1524mm). The Hydraulic Wedge Mandrels meet the bending requirements of X65 and X80 grade pipe. For pipe sizes 20"-60" (508mm-152 mm). The Hydraulic Plug Mandrels allow greater wrinkle-free bends than any other type mandrel. For pipe sizes 6"-20" (168mm-508mm).
